INFORMATION FOR: Church Secretaries and Treasurers

The office of the Bishop has recently made some staff changes. We want to inform you of the new staffing roles so we are better able to serve you. Attached you will find a list of current office staff, their email addresses and telephone extensions.

We also would like to let you know the best way to send mail to the Office of the Bishop. We are changing our address; please note the new address on the attached page. It is helpful if mail coming into the office has information on the envelope to indicate where it should go. For example, if your mailing is related to the webpage, convention, or the visioning conference, indicating that either in the address line or on the bottom left corner of the envelop. This will help us to attend to your mail more quickly.

It is very important that all money is accompanied by some documentation. We want to be certain we apply the money you send to the event, project, or bill you intended to pay. If you wish to fax the documentation, please be sure your church name and city are present on the documentation and that you indicate that it is for accounts receivable. Please utilize the memo line on your check to indicate what the money is for on every check. If you are emailing your documentation, please send it to both smoulton@dncweb.org and tmangels@dncweb.org. This will help prevent information from getting lost in internet Neverland. If you send the information via email, Stephanie or I will respond to your email when we receive it. If you have not received a response within a week, please call me.
