It is our pleasure to introduce you to Monica Romano who the bishop has chosen to be the new Youth and Young Adult Ministry Coordinator for the Diocese of Northern California!

She will begin her duties on October 12, 2009. Her focus will be on assisting congregations and leaders of youth and young adult ministries to be as effective as possible. This will involve significant travel around our diocese, and we hope you will have a chance soon to meet her as we come together in diocesan gathering.

I thank the search committee (Carlton Allen, Chana Winger, Jocelynn Jurkovich-Hughes, Cliff Haggenjos, Ron Griffin, Teri Gilmore, John Mangels, and Erika Trez) for the privilege of serving with them in this important endeavor.

Please keep Monica in your prayers during this time of significant transition for her as she moves here from Alabama!
