Pre-Convention Convocations – Materials relating to convention, such as an agenda, budget, resolutions, etc. will be distributed at the following meetings:  
*  All Saints’, Redding on Nov. 14 at 2 p.m.

IMPORTANT CONVENTION NOTICE: 

If you are planning to use audio/visual materials for a convention presentation (this includes PowerPoint, overhead slides, CD’s and DVD’s), your presentation must be submitted to the Office of the Bishop in its complete from by October 6^th or it will not be used. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
